After harvesting our olives, we discovered that the remaining woods, leaves and kernels shouldn’t go to waste. Our Innovation Lab was born from this simple idea: to honor every part of the olive tree.
We carefully collect, preserve, and transform olive wood, leaves and kernes into unique handcrafted products that carry the essence of our groves in Ilis, Peloponnese. Each piece tells the story of sustainability, creativity, and our commitment to zero waste.
