Am 30. April besuchte das PNOE-Team das Museum f\u00fcr industrielle Oliven\u00f6lproduktion auf Lesbos \u2013 einen Ort, an dem Geschichte, Handwerkskunst und Innovation aufeinandertreffen. Dieser Besuch war nicht nur lehrreich, sondern auch ein strategischer Schritt, um zu verstehen, wie die Grundlagen der Oliven\u00f6lproduktion zu einer nachhaltigeren und qualit\u00e4tsorientierten Zukunft beitragen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n

Ein lebendiges Erbe der Oliven\u00f6lproduktion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Das Museum, das in der restaurierten gemeinschaftlichen Olivenpresse von Aghia Paraskevi untergebracht ist, bietet die seltene Gelegenheit, die Entwicklung der Oliven\u00f6lproduktion mitzuerleben \u2013 von fr\u00fchen, dampfbetriebenen mechanischen Systemen bis hin zu moderneren, dieselbetriebenen Anlagen. Die Beobachtung dieser Ver\u00e4nderungen lieferte wertvolle Einblicke darin, wie wichtig technologische Anpassungen seit jeher f\u00fcr die Effizienz und Qualit\u00e4t der Oliven\u00f6lproduktion sind.<\/p>\n\n

Ebenso wichtig war das umfassendere \u00d6kosystem, das sich in den alten Lagerr\u00e4umen zeigte:<\/p>\n\n
